Yield: 20 Servings
Ingredients :
2-15.5oz cans of black beans, rinsed and drained6 T butter, softened
1/2 C cocoa powder
1 t salt
2 t vanilla extract
2 C granulated sugar
1 C milk chocolate chips
1/4 C chopped walnuts (optional)
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish
3. In a large blender or food processor, blend together the rinsed and drained black beans and eggs until smooth.
4. Add reminder ingredients but, walnuts.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Pour into greased baking dish.
7. Sprinkle with walnuts and stir lightly.
8. Bake for 35 minutes or when you center a toothpick and it comes out with moist but not gooey.
